Welcome to the middle of the week,
It was so nice to see so many of you last night for the
Christmas Parade. Chef Bryan's rack of lamb appetizer was a big
hit. We are completely sold out. The good news is, it will
be on our New Years Eve menu. Make reservations early. We

Here we are the day before Thanksgiving. All the last
minute details to take care of. Remember that I have some
fabulous specials to help you get through the holiday. I am always
shopping the competion so you don't have to. We will be open on Thanksgiving Day from 10 AM - 5 PM.

Fabulous 7 Course Dinner
1st Course Cheese and Antipasto Platter
A
combination of six hand selected cured meats and six specialty olives.
Accompanied with three house marinated mushrooms, two mustards,
black pepper crusted goat cheese and thinly sliced crustinis.
2nd Course Grilled Jumbo Shrimp Salad
Grilled
shrimp, red peppers, sugar snap peas, and shaved red onions.
Roasted garlic croutons and spring mix. Tossed in a sweet
chili lime vinagrette with toasted sesame seeds.
3rd Course Butternut Squash and Amaretto Soup with spiced almonds.
4th Course New Zealand Rack of Lamb Encrusted
with fresh rosemary and thyme. Pan seared. Served over
bellavitano gold polenta, and finished with a honey balsamic glaze.
5th Course New Zealand Coldwater Lobstertail Steamed and infused with fresh tarragon. Served with warm drawn butter.
6th Course Certified Angus Choice Filet Mignon

oz. filet grilled. Served over caramelized onion and roasted
garlic mashed potatoes. Accompanied by grilled asparagus, and
finished with a rich bernaise sauce.
7th Course Tiramisu Layers
of sponge cake soaked with coffee and brandy liqueur. Layered
with mascarpone cheese and topped with grated chocolate.
