The wine tasting this last Saturday proved that they are back and better than ever! We had a great turnout for the wine tasting with almost 60 people in attendance. Keep your eyes on Wednesday's newsletter for more details about this coming week's wine tasting. Come on in to the Wine Review this Tuesday for a delicious pan seared Spanish style fresh red snapper with a roasted cherry tomato and green olive salsa served over a creamy parmesan risotto with house vegetable. This dish is a must try and will be on our new menu coming out very soon. Another great new dish on special this Wednesday is a butternut squash ravioli in a creamy sage and hazelnut brown butter sauce. This divine dish will also be making an appearance on the new fall menu. Be sure to come in and test out these new dishes and give us your feedback. Both will be on the new menu coming to the Wine Review very, very soon! HAPPY HOUR SPECIALS Everyday 5:00 pm-6:00 pm And from 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm •½ price glasses of wine •½ price tap beer •Buy one appetizer get a second different one FREE  1st Course- Cheese Plate for 2 with a flight of wine. The cheese plate will include 3 domestic and 3 imported cheeses which will be paired perfectly with a flight of 3 different wines. The flight of wine will contain 3-2oz. pours of some of our best cheese pairing wines. 2nd Course- Soup or Salad for 2. Each of you will be able to choose from either a soup or salad and then enjoy a glass of wine to go with. 3rd Course- Scallops for 2. This course will consist of our ever popular scallop appetizer. Crispy pancetta, tarragon, red onions, tomatoes, garlic, and butter will accompany the scallops making this a course to remember. 4th Course- 8oz. Lobster Stuffed Tenderloin with Bernaise Sauce. 2 oz. of coldwater lobster tail meat will be stuffed into a 6 oz. cut of tenderloin and then covered in a savory bernaise sauce. 5th Course- Chocolate Silk Soup. Milk chocolate transformed into a buttery, creamy warm soup infused with a coffee liqueur garnished with thinly sliced strawberries and mint. Like nothing you've ever had before! I wasn't a believer until I tried it myself!  |
