Happy Monday Once Again,
     I've got awesome news for all you wine tasting lovers out there! After a long summer without tastings in the Wine Review, the Saturday after Labor Day (September 12) we will once again be starting up our Saturday wine tastings. The tastings run from 12p.m. until 3:30 p.m. and cost $10. With that $10 you will receive a cheese and fruit plate to cleanse your palate, a $10 bottle of wine, a $10 gift certificate to the Wine Review, and let's not forget the samples of the featured wines that week. I look foward to seeing all of you there!

VIP Weekly Customer Special
This week at the Wine Review for all of our VIP customers we will be adding on to every entree, a sample 6oz. Flat-Iron that will be on our fall menu, for free! It is served with a mouthwatering smokey bacon port sauce with carmalized shallots. This incredible steak will sell for $28 on our new menu and will be a 10oz. cut.
Aside from the tenderloin, the Flat-Iron steak is the most tender cut of steak you can get. It is well marbeld, which gives the extra tender cut, a robust, beefy flavor that is second to none. This steak is definitely one you can't pass up.
Let us know what you think. Last week Chef Bryan ran 2 new dishes that will be on the new menu and both sold out sooner than expected! Thank-you to those that gave us your feedback, and we hope to see you all back in this week for our new filet mignon dish and also a vegetarian butternut squash risotto with fall vegetables.
