Good Monday!
EAA starts this week! We can't provide the airplanes but
we can provide the flights! This week in the Wine Review we are having
2 different red and 2 different white
flights on special to choose from. The flights consist of 2oz. pours of
3 different wines. We are going to have
regular
wine flights and reserve wine flights to choose from. The regular wine
flight (red or white) are originally $12 but for the rest of this week
they are on special for $8. The regular white flights consist of a
Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, and a Sauvignon Blanc. The regular red
flights consist of a Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, and a Malbec. The
reserve wine flights consist of higher
end wines and are regularly $16 but for the rest of this week are on
special for only $10. The red reserve flights contain a Pinot Noir,
Cabernet, and a Merlot. The white reserve flights consist of Sauvignion
Blanc, Vouvray, and a Prosecco. Our wine flights are a perfect end to a day spent at EAA. |

Tequila Marinated Jumbo Prawns These
are the biggest shrimp Chef Bryan has ever seen! The three jumbo shrimp
prawns are marinated in tequila and smoked paprika, grilled, and then
served with a roasted garlic cilantro and lime drawn butter. When we
ran these prawns last week we sold out of them by Friday! This
is a dish too delicious to pass up! This entrèe is $22 if ordered separately but we will add it to any entrèe for only $6! Monte Carlo Steak Entrèe 12oz.
Certified Angus Prime Monte Carlo Steak, the best of the best! This
tender cut of New York strip has beautiful marbling resulting in
incredible flavor. The Monte Carlo will be served in a cabernet butter sauce with house potato and vegetable. Normally this entrèe is $35 but this Tuesday and Wednesday we will be serving it for only $22!
 Be
sure to come on down to the back of the Stop and Shop this Saturday
from 11-2 to try one of Chef Bryan's delicious cheesburgers! He is
practically giving them away at 75¢ a piece. Enough said!
