Wine Review
http://silentespeaks.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/WisconsinBadgers.jpgHello everyone,
Here is to hoping you all survived St. Patrick’s Day. Did anyone visit New Dublin, I kept my eyes open looking for the little green guy with the pot of gold but I didn’t catch him this year.
To bad for the Badgers basketball team, who would have though they would lose to Cornell. It just so happens one of my nephews go to Cornell university, but yes I was still cheering for our own Wisconsin Badgers. Did you know that the last time an ivy league college made it to the sweet sixteen was 1979.
There is a lot to go over so lets get to it.

Tuesday Dinner Special
Certified Angus Beef Choice Flat Iron Steak with caramelized onions, mushrooms, and fresh herbs in a red wine and balsamic reduction. Topped with scallions and creamy smoked blue cheese over house potato and vegetable. WOW this is one the best steaks I have ever had, the flavor is exquisite.

Part of my job (One of the best parts in my opinion) is taste testing all of Chef Bryan’s amazing new menu ideas. jealous? You should be, my mouth waters when I remember tasting…
