 Halfway to the weekend,Yes, it is Ash Wednesday. I planned carefully and kept everyone in mind. We received in the freshest fish just today. Chef Bryan has put together an exclusive dinner. Wow, I had it this afternoon, and it is delicious. We don't believe in little portions. This dinner filled me up. Please call ahead for reservations at (920)749-WINE. Why does the fish at The Wine Review taste so good? It's caught and flown in within the last 5 days. Talk about FRESH!  Trio of Fish Chilean Sea Bass topped with a sweet orange braised fennel and basil sauce. Blackened Salmon finished with creamy smoked bleu cheese sauce.
