1st course - Spinach salad with oranges,
candied walnuts, tomatoes, bleu cheese and hot bacon dressing.Paired with a different wine for each course, hand selected by me. 2nd course - Crab stuffed portabella mushroom. 3rd course - 9 oz. Coldwater lobstertail with clarified drawn butter. Normally the tails are only 5 oz. These will be 9 oz. tails just for Valentines Day. (these are normally $42 each alone) 4th course - Bacon wrapped chateaubriand steak. 5th course - Chocolate ganache sauce, raspberries in sabayon sauce and chocolate covered strawberries. Thank
