Talk about Deja Vu. Watching Brett Favre throw that interception yesterday, all the memories of the Packer NFC championship game against the Giants came back to me. Oh well, good for the New Orleans Saints. It will be exciting to watch them in their first Super Bowl appearance.

5 - Course Menu
Paired with a different wine for each course, hand picked by me.

1st course - Spinach salad with oranges, candied walnuts, tomatoes, bleu cheese and hot bacon dressing.

2nd course - Crab stuffed portabella mushroom.

3rd course - 9 oz. Coldwater lobstertail with clarified drawn butter. Normally the tails are only 5 oz. These will be 9 oz. tails just for Valentines Day. (these are normally $42 each alone)

4th course - Bacon wrapped chateaubriand steak.

5th course - Chocolate ganache sauce, raspberries in sabayon sauce and chocolate covered strawberries.
