Thank you to everyone for coming down to celebrate the best dinner Chef Bryan has ever put together. We were completely sold out. The dinner was delicious and the company was great. We sure had fun. We are still finding confetti! I received so many compliments on the dinner, I decided to run some specials this week for those of you who could not make it New Year's Eve.

Chef Bryan had a couple days off. You know what he does when he's off? He does what he's best at. Creates new delights.

This weekend he came up with a fabulous new sauce for filet mignon. This cabernet and balsamic reduction sauce with garlic, shallots, herbs, and a touch of honey will be on special this week. In fact, I'm sitting down and eating one right now. I can't wait for you to try it.

Valentine's Day Dinner

We will be holding our annual Valentine's Day dinner on Saturday, February 13th. There will be two seatings, a 5:30 P.M. and 8:30 P.M.
The cost will be $119.99 per couple. One course will be the fantastic Coldwater Lobstertail. We are currently working on the menu. Don't wait to make your reservations. Last year we sold out and people were begging for a third seating.
